Inclusive Arba’een: Readings, Reflections, and Discussion

Commemorate Arba’een with us at our inclusive online event. Join us for an evening of community-led readings, poetry, reflection, and discussion on the legacy and martyrdom of Imam Hussain (ra), and the continued relevance of his teachings today. You are invited to bring a reading, poem, memory, or reflection to share.

As with all Inclusive Mosque events, everyone is welcome including Muslims from any sect and non-Muslims.

The Inclusive Mosque Initiative is dedicated to creating inclusive places of prayer and spiritual practice. We promote inclusive Islamic principles and commit to centring the voices and experiences of marginalised people within our communities. We aim to make room especially for Muslims who are women, nonbinary people, Shi’a, Black, disabled and those who live in the intersections of these identities.
