Freelance Online Event host – Ramadan & Eids 2025

Job Title: Freelance Online Event Host
Hours: Saturdays, 4:30 PM – 8:00 PM From 8^th -29^th March 2025 inclusive (plus 3 hours of required training – paid), Tuesday 1^st April 9am – 12pm, 7^th or 8^th June 9am – 12pm
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Freelance
Compensation: £16 per hour. To be paid on receipt of invoice every two weeks.

Are you a thoughtful, welcoming person who can create a safe and supportive online environment? Could you host the online side of our Ramadan Maghrib prayers? You will need to be available 4.30pm – 8pm every Saturday from 8^th – 29^th March, Tuesday 1st April 9am – 12pm and 7th or 8th June 9am – 12pm and be available for 2.5 hours of training to be arranged at a time that works for you. Freelance Event Assistant – Eid ul Fitr & Eid ul Adha

Job Title: Freelance Event Assistant
Hours: Tuesday 1^st April 8am – 1pm and either 7^th or 8^th June 8am – 1pm
Location: Central London
Contract Type: Freelance
Compensation: £15 per hour. To be paid on receipt of invoice after each event.

We’re looking for a freelancer to help us set up and clear away the in-person prayer space on Tuesday 1^st April and 7^th or 8^th June. The role involves helping us transport materials from a storage space to the venue space and back again in taxis paid for by IMI. Freelance Graphic Designer

Cringing at IMI’s use of Canva? Yeah us too. Could you be the person to transform our public facing event communications with 7 images for our upcoming events? We’d need them created in Adobe Illustrator with editable elements and using IMI’s colour palette. Read the project brief for how to apply, the timeline and our budget for the work.
