Magrib and Iftar – 30th March 2024

Camden Disability Action, 37 Greenwood Place, London, NW5 1LB

Time: 6.15 – 8.15pm
Tickets: Online and in-person tickets available on Eventbrite
Taking place two thirds of the way through Ramadan, our feminist iftar will follow Magrib prayers which you can join us for in-person or online. Prayers are important in grounding ourselves and connecting with Allah swt and our communities during Ramadan. We are repeating this event at Resource for London on 16th March, Camden Disability Action on 23rd March. We are also holding a Human Rights Iftar in partnership with Amnesty International UK on Friday 5th April in east London and holding Eid Salah on 11th April. You can view all our Ramadan events on Eventbrite.

For anyone new to Inclusive Mosque, most of our imams are women, genderqueer or nonbinary Muslims. Please show them your full support.

We will not ask anyone to segregate themselves so please be aware that you may see Muslims of different genders praying side by side. If you are attending online, please see our ground rules and advice on etiquette at our online prayers before attending. You can join and leave an event whenever you need to. Don’t worry about being late or leaving early.

Covid Safety

Please bring your own prayer mats. We expect all attendees to take a Covid test on the day of the event and if it is positive, please do not attend. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. All attendees are expected to wear face masks on arrival and throughout the prayer unless they have a reason not to. We do this as an act of necessary community care in solidarity with disabled and chronically ill members of the community.
