This is an indoor event. Hand sanitiser and handwashing facilities will be available and the space will be cleaned thoroughly before the event. Windows will stay open for ventilation so please dress warmly. We encourage attendees and team members to wear a mask but people who find masks to be too big a barrier to communication, or find it negatively impacts their health, don’t have to wear one.

We ask all attendees to take a lateral flow test on the day of this event. We won’t ask you to share the results with us but we do request that you don’t attend this event if you test positive or have any cold- or flu-like symptoms. Thank you for helping us support the most marginalised people at IMI to access our events.

Please let us know if you have any access needs we should be aware of or if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience at this event. You can email us at admin@inclusivemosque.org or leave a voice message on +44 203 189 1185.

Online safety

For the online event taking place on Zoom, you will be sent a link on the day of the event. Please do not share the link, that’s just for you. When you attend the event, make sure your Zoom display name is the same as the name you signed up with. Here’s how you can change your Zoom display name.

Waitlist

Spaces at our in-person event are limited in order to keep our attendees as safe as possible. We have now set up a waitlist for in-person tickets. If you’ve signed up for an in-person ticket but are no longer able to attend, please release your ticket so someone else can take the space.
